How Our Service Works

Management and Business Consulting

• We come to your premises at a time that suits you to determine your requirements. This initial meeting is free of charge.
• Once we understand your needs, we will put together a proposal that provides suggested solutions, timeframe and cost.
• Once you approve the project, we will implement the solution and provide follow up support to ensure that the solution works.
• Our business consultants have extensive experience in many different industries and can help you accelerate your business.

Accounting Services

Accounting Services such as bookkeeping can generally be done at your premises or ours. You choose what suits you. Some of our clients have found that using our services is a more cost effective alternative than employing a full time accountant.

Compliance Services- Taxation Returns

• We come to your home or premises at a time that suits you.
• We complete a questionnaire with you and collect your records
• Tax returns are prepared together with a letter
• This letter shows your summary tax position, issues identified and suggested advice on how to improve your business and tax position in future. We call this "Value Added Compliance"
• The completed returns are personally delivered to you for your signature and explained.
• Once signed, we lodge your returns electronically with the ATO.
• Most returns are processed by the ATO within 10 days.

Staff Profile

Michael Imms is a Director and holds a Bachelors degree in Business (Majoring in Accounting with a Sub Major in Law, and is a CPA - Certified Practicing Accountant. He also holds a current Public Practice certificate issued by CPA Australia.

He has worked in small, medium and large companies. The main ones being Ernst & Young, Arnotts Biscuits Ltd, Chubb Security Australia Pty Ltd & Collex Waste Management Pty Ltd.

Michael leads a small team of suitably qualified accountants and advisors who have the up to date knowledge that you need.'
